Our offset printing department has been greatly improved by digital technology.
Our range of litho presses will cater for your needs from one colour work to our four colour Ryobi. The two colour Heidelberg QM46 optimally meets the pre-requisites for highly productive work in small offset printing. Its extremely short make-ready times permit fast job changes and thus measurably greater efficiently when producing single or two colour commercial jobs.
Our Ryobi 3404 DI incorporates direct imaging technology, in which an infra-red laser is used to burn images directly onto the mounted plate, thus enabling computer-to-press handling of digital prepress data. By eliminating intermediate steps such as film output and image exposure onto the plate, we can achieve shorter turnaround times with greater labour savings.

Our digital print equipment covers the full spectrum from conventional black and white images through to high end 2400 dpi quality.
Our colour digital press has allowed us to expand into the new market of on-demand printing. There is now no longer a need to run-off large volumes of stock in order to qualify for better cost per unit with a risk of data expiry. With a print rate of 100 A4’s per minute, quick turnaround times are guaranteed. Our digital equipment allows us to print photobooks, personalised brochures, calendars, bookmarks etc.
We offer vibrant, high quality large format printing with some common applications being trade show graphics (pull-up banners & backdrops) , window & product stickers and displays (vinyl labels & banners) and retail graphics (wall graphics & free standing displays).
Various substrates are available from vinyl labels, vinyl banners , paper , board , backlit film and canvas – all of these are printed using UV resistant inks for outstanding water resistance & durability.
